a dispute

i should have entitle for 18 days annual leave this year (upon completion of 5 year services with the company), however, when checking thru the system, it is appeared that I only entitle for 15 days annual leave :(

i join the company on June 04, and confirmed as permanent employee on 1st dec 04, the 5 days additional leave shud be prorated to my current leave entitlement..there are people who join later than me, but she entitle for 18 days annual leave..it is a discrepancy isn't it?

I don't care..i'll do whatever it takes cause I deserve it..nasib la nak kata aku calculative ke apa..
